| Because I am such a hippie libfag, I boycott things. I'm too lazy to actually go protest or speak out but I do go out of my way to not give them any of my money at the very least. And I make sure to keep doing it even after the media forgets about it. I feel protesting or rallying does not do much at all but a loss in revenue might get their attention, if enough people participate.
I boycott:
BP, for obvious reasons WalMart, for a laundry list of reasons too long to possibly explain, but mostly just being fucking evil (watch the documentary Walmart: The High Cost Of Low Prices) ...but like I would ever shop there anyway Target, for giving $150,000 to an anti-gay politician Chick-Fil-A, for giving a total of 1.1 million dollars to anti-gay groups And I'm a member of a credit union, I refuse to ever get an account with a big bank.
Remember, in capitalism you vote with your money.

I will however boycott my old job since I got fired on a bullshit grounds, and against state school food for 3 reasons, its prepared like shit, is most likely made from shit, and I ain't paying anything for shit.

Well, at least we agree about school food. I was at this one thing where they fed us for free, and the sandwich they gave me looked like a damn good sandwich, then its the opposite, its a cold ham sandwich with melted cheese even though it was cold. The bread was also reverting back to powder in the bag. At least we had sun chips.

| can we mention movements of any kind?
well I've donated about $20 total to a dolphin slaughtering movement... don't judge me :I
I love signing petitions online, so I've signed like, hundreds of that shit.
and I wouldn't call this a protest (cause god forbid, I piss everyone off) but I'm a vegetarian. so there's plenty of things I refuse to eat. I have my reasons. I hope people can respect that.

Back on topic, I'm boycotting Adobe, their overpriced software gets worse and worse with every version, and Flash is an ever-crashing CPU-hog. It's really hilarious when my machine, which can run games like Crysis just fine, stutters on a piddly flash game.

:C I really want that fluttershy plush... so... the secret to becoming rich is taking a piece of paper with a picture of a pony, and selling it for thousands of dollars to bronies who want to quite literally, own every single piece of pony art ever made? ...oh hell yea

Greg, just buy some craft materials and art it yourself. Also, 5-mil for a 4-foot tall plush that hardly even looks like the character it's supposed to be?

I've got the student version of CS1 and am still waiting for some "must have" feature to justify the cost of upgrading. There was one new feature added to Photoshop and Illustrator each, either in CS2 or CS3 that made me go "okay, that's really cool", but nothing that justified the cost. As for Flash, all I really know about that is it was a pain in the ass to learn what little I did, and combined with a lack of jobs in the field was the deciding factor in me deciding I didn't want to do 2D animation for a living. The news seems to be ringing the bell on Flash though, but then again, I can't think of a reason that necessarily means it'll die as an animation tool unless something that much better comes along. Have I mentioned today I fucking hate corporations in general?
