| My girlfriend will be visiting for Christmas. A whole two weeks. On each day of those two weeks, I intend to fuck her brains out, and tell you about it, each time. In fact, I plan to meet her at the airport, where we'll go straight to the bathroom and do it right there, and I'll bring my laptop and use their wifi to tell you all about it as it's happening. Also just to keep up the facade that this is even a thread about Christmas, I'll just say that I don't actually celebrate Christmas as much as mourn the mass commercialization of my Aryan ancestors' infinitely holier pagan holiday.
Thank you for all being more informed about my sex life. You're truly better people for it.

Isn't it great how I posted yet another thread for you to announce what everybody already knew whether they wanted to or not?

Actually, no it wasn't. Even less so than in all the other threads you've done it in considering it's about the opposite of your sex life, which is mine.

| No idea. Most likely gonna spend it with my dad. And then still get presents from like, four other parties. Yay for split families!
And Barnabus, seriously, don't you think this is a little much? No one's interested in hearing about that.

| I will be in my overpriced studio apartment completely alone on account of being disowned by my family. I made a christmas wishlist anyway for some reason. I spend too much of my time fetishizing technology. For instance, right now I'm salivating over the thought of sinking $300 or so into my laptop for a processor upgrade, SSD with OSx86 Snow Leopard, Windows 8, and Ubuntu 12, second 1TB HDD, wireless N card and bluetooth card. Granted two of those operating systems won't even exist until the end of 2012. My other big hypothetical future expenditure is a new motorcycle in April. I am worse than a consumer whore. I am someone who aspires to be a consumer whore. | |

| That's not even the most gratuitous thing I've fetishized. I've also been contemplating getting my CCW and a Makarov for a while now. Oh, and recently I figured out how I could build an augmented reality fursuit for ~$2000. Admittedly 300 of that would just be for the laptop. I would don a fursuit head, wear Wrap 920 glasses underneath with a microphone placed near my mouth, slip the laptop into a solar powered backpack, put cameras where the eyes are and configure them for panoramic view, and run voice changing software on the laptop. Then I'd pretty much never have to see the world except through a computer again. | |

... *nerd-rage activates* Solar panels wouldn't provide enough power to even run the glasses. And I'm sure you'd stink up something fierce after the first two days in a fursuit.

Solar panels wouldn't provide enough power to even run the glasses. And I'm sure you'd stink up something fierce after the first two days in a fursuit. Of course not, but they'd double the battery life of my laptop, which should give me a good 8 hours or so out and about. I would also build in an AC adapter charging system. I was considering putting a small UPS into the mix but the type of battery a UPS runs off of takes excessively long to recharge, and since it would literally never have an adequate draw from the solar backpack, that would mean the gear would always be drawing from the UPS, which would diminish its utility to virtually nothing. So for the other electronics I'd have to find some other sort of battery solution. And the point isn't to wear it *always*, only when I'm in public. That way I can avoid having people see and interact with me on the basis of my disgusting body. Since at home I already have that privilege, I am comfortable taking off my fursuit (and washing it) at home.

Since at home I already have that privilege, I am comfortable taking off my fursuit (and washing it) at home. UPS would completely suck, mostly because those batteries have notoriously bad lifespans. I've owned three high quality UPS systems that all failed before I even had a real outage. I think knee-based kinetic generators would be a better option than solar panels, though, as they're much more durable, generate about the same amount of power, work in the dark, and are concealable under a suit. Still, I don't think you'd get nearly enough power.

I mean, I already have to wear a backpack to put my laptop in. It might as well do something. I could wear a couple extra panels on my chest, possibly, and maybe even do those knee generators in addition. And the point isn't to make my electronics completely sufficient on them, but to supplement their limited battery life so that I can be out and about for basically an entire day (as little as 6 hours would be sufficient) in the suit.

| Why make a fursuit, you could do better and make power armor and axe the need for the glasses. Albeit what you save in battery power you have to make up for in shear brute force and assist the servos in the joints. But hey, you could use it and go through a lovely stroll the downtown and costal areas of Somalia without any risk of bodily harm. | |
