I finally watched the finale. I was afraid I would hate it.
Oh my god, the songs. Fuck that felt good. I was disappointed with this season but this made up for it, I don't care that the plot didn't make any damn sense or that the show will be totally different now, I really needed that.

The episode in itself was nice, had a lot of fucking songs (like goddamn, the onslaught of songs what the hell)

My only complaint really was that the thing felt so damn rushed. The problem is presented, she blames herself, and immediately knows how to resolve it, all within like 5 minutes...where the hell was the pacing? It honestly should have been dragged into about 2 episodes and given a little more substance, it felt almost like I didnt even watch an episode but someone had just really quickly read me a synopsis on the episode.

If they make an mlp movie and it's a 2 and a half hour musical I would love the fuck out of that. MORE SONGS. This season had hardly any songs compared to season 2, and all the songs in the episode were awesome.

I do agree with you on the pacing. It was over too damn quickly

That was a Derpy episode with a brief cameo made by AJ.

Hasbro only changed it so that people like you would still believe AJ was a main character.
