Is It Time for Another Staff Member?

First off, this is not me running around saying "OMG KAIZY AND RIV SUCK AT BEING ADMINS!"


I'd just like to collect opinions on the title question, is it time to add another staff member?

Kaizy and Riv, god bless their pony hearts, just aren't around enough to uphold the rules consistently, seeing as how we have a shitfest every other day. True, that's just what furries do, but it does start to get old and the rules should mean at least something.

So what do you guys think? Is it time for a third admin to help Kaizy and Riv deal with shit while they're not around?

Or at least a mod or two that are actually active?

EDIT: Also misplacing threads. It hurts my soul when I accidentally put something in the wrong board and I have to wait for hours for Kaizy to come on and move it. >A>

Well, first we gotta decide if it's even needed. Final decision of course lies with Riv and Kaizy, but I think another hand around to make sure shit doesn't get out of line would be nice.

Whether it's Percy, myself, or whoever Riv and Kaizy pick if they feel it necessary, I just want to rest easy knowing someone has my back when I fuck up a post.

I could see TA as Riv, only instead of filling people's posts full of MLP claptrap he would just delete them and write "shit" instead.

I could see that happening as well.

This is something Id have to discuss with Riv first, see if we really need a 3rd admin, especially for a site this small

If anything, we should maybe just rethink our moderator list to people who are more regular here

If we were going to select another admin, it would need to be somebody who's frequently around when Kaizy and I aren't. Otherwise it's totally pointless.

If only Kaizy and I had predictable schedules...

I think Lucy would make an awesome mod if you guys decide to take on another.

Yeah, that's one thing I'm really pushing for.

None of our mods are around, like, ever. And we do need people to at least keep the boards clean and orderly.

The way my schedule usually works with working and such, Im around almost every night, so essentially Im the night admin. Im usually going to be around anywhere from 11pm-5am PST just as a default, whereas any extra hours will very. I may be on in the afternoons depending on how much time I have before work or whether or not I have the day off.

You guys will probably never see me in the mornings because I am not a morning person in any way. I am a night owl.

I'd be willing to give modding a shot if you guys would be willing to give me the chance to show I'm not just a shithead.

I'm around quite a bit, and I'd be willing to do whatever the job needs.

Well, I'm on my phone here a lot and my school schedule has a lot of gaps. :/

I just don't post everywhere.
