| Downpour had a LOT of potential. It just needs more and better monsters as well as extras such as bonus weapons and such. That and a fighting system that doesn't blow chunks. | |

It might have seemed that way, but no, it isn't.

| I'm sure someone has thoughts on the "bigger map than red dead redemption, san andreas, and GTAIV combined" | |

There's a game like that already. It's called Minecraft.

There's a game like that already. It's called Minecraft. yea but.... that's a strange comparison. like final fantasy to call of duty. my main concern is how much detail there will be in a game where the map is fully explorable, along with the ocean floor.

my main concern is how much detail there will be in a game where the map is fully explorable, along with the ocean floor. I'd assume a lot, seeing as Rockstar's maps keep getting bigger and more extravagant every game.

I'd assume a lot, seeing as Rockstar's maps keep getting bigger and more extravagant every game. also how much of it is going to be simply filler. like half of the map being desert.

It's actually going to be centered around the city of Los Santos and the countryside around it. So it's probably going to be a big-ass city with plenty of room outside of it for exploring.
