Games that didn't live up to negative hype

Downpour had a LOT of potential. It just needs more and better monsters as well as extras such as bonus weapons and such. That and a fighting system that doesn't blow chunks.

that's a strange comparison. like final fantasy to call of duty.

my main concern is how much detail there will be in a game where the map is fully explorable, along with the ocean floor.

It's actually going to be centered around the city of Los Santos and the countryside around it.

So it's probably going to be a big-ass city with plenty of room outside of it for exploring.
