Never heard of that movie before

It's a foreign film. It has Antonia Banderas though (albeit in a role you wouldn't necessarily expect from him).

I don't want to ruin it for you. A lot of it hinges on a "twist" (although I knew it going into the film). It's about a surgeon who's using a human being as a lab rat for experiments. The twist is literally all of the context for the previous statement.

I just watched Hobo With A Shotgun... One of the best movies I've ever seen, its fucking disgustingly brutal, and a little bit of a sad story, but its definitely worth watching. 10/10

I just watched The Iron Monkey (1993), I've never been big on kung-fu movies, but this one wants to make me check out some more, totally action packed. It always has you thinking the bad guy is going to die but he pulls some crazy shit like 20 times before he gets done in in a very suitable way. This isn't a bloody movie, very minor amount of blood to be seen here, its ok for the squeamish.

To sum up the movie, its a Chinese take on robin hood. The Chinese have a different style of acting, its actually hard to tell if the movie is dubbed or not, I don't think it is though.

Lots of laughs, lots of action, check it out!

Yes you should, its an amazing movie, but its also more bloody and disturbing than those safety videos they made me watch back in tech class. If you're squeamish you might have a hard time watching the whole movie.

Well I'm on a movie kick lately so you can expect me to post in this thread a lot.

I just watched Desperado (1995), the plot in the movie was a bit different from I'm used to seeing in Quintin Tarantino's movies, its not very gory either, sure was violent though. Its about a guitar player who's seeking revenge on a Mexican drug lord for killing his wife and shooting his palm, there's a decent twist at the end of the movie too.
