It was a baby drumming in PERFECT RHYTHM, it would've been impressive even if an 8 year old did it and it was a fucking BABY. He did fills and everything This fucker has better rhythm than I do, he was like a fucking metronome!

Its beautifully animated with a creative dark style to it, and a phenomenal story for something so short

Well Windows 7 starts up almost as fast as Snow Leopard on my BootCamp partition, but on the school computers Windows is unbearably slow even though they have pretty similar specs as my laptop I think. I wonder why that is.

And to be fair, Mac OS 9 took a CRAZY long time to start up, at least I remember it that way. You'd get icons filling up your screen in rows as it loaded all the programs one by one.

I believe that most schools use a centralized data server for login and personal data storage. So, when you start up, it has to transfer a whole bunch of data over ethernet. Depending on the speed of the hard disks at the server location, and the load on the network at a given time, it can take quite a while to move the critical files over from the cloud to the hardware.

My dad installed so much stuff it took up half the screen and took at least 2 whole minutes (but I was like 8 so it was probably actually like 15 seconds)

Oh, okay, we only had like 1-2 rows. We didn't have much internet back in those days, so my dad hadn't learned how to fuck up his computer yet.

He's figured it out now though. How one manages to find a toolbar that installs on Safari is beyond me.
