what I do is, I keep my clothes on, and my pants at LEAST down to my waist, so the second I hear the doorknob turn, I can pull them up, and if I don't have enough time to pull them up, I just pretend like I'm changing my clothes. never lock the door. you might as well just tell them you're fapping also, I can't... perform if I'm listening to any sounds. I get distracted if there's any sounds, or someone talking.
