Anyone know how to reactivate the system on a PS3 account?

My brother got the brilliant idea to start sharing DLC map packs with people on his friends list and he somehow ended up accidentally deactivating the system on his account and when I tried to reactivate it I got error messages.

Any ideas or is he fucked?
I can deal with either answer.

Alright, figured you would have heard but it's a mission gun. Not a gun you receive as a reward, but a gun you have to use for a mission it's LENT to you from "wizard" Claptrap in the Mines of Avarice for a side quest.

In your PSN account settings, theres an option to "Activate/Deactivate System" and I have no fucking idea what it does, and neither does my brother for that matter, and he went and deactivated it on his account and he cant use his DLC anymore.

Dont really care if it gets resolved or not, its his fault for being a fucking idiot and giving his account info to random people and trying to give out free DLC to anyone who asks. I just thought Id be nice and ask to see if anyone knew anything about this seeing how Ive never even heard of that option before and I dont know what he fucked up lol  

The idiot probably broke it with all his DLC sharing. :U

So from the look of it, hes not allowed to have content access from more than 2 systems, which hes already done, so now I know what probably happened. It wasnt working when his friend tried to download the content, so he told my brother to deactivate the content from his PS3 so he could get access to it, which if Im right and reading this correctly means my brother is shit out of luck if the guy managed to get the content downloaded.

If it's video content, then yes, maybe. He can call their customer service line and have it deactivated remotely, but he might have to throw his friend under the bus to do so.

If it's game content, then you might be okay. Follow these directions;

I decided I like projectile weapons more than hitscan. They're a lot harder, but successfully leading a target is so satisfying.

My GOD. Dogfighting in PS2 gives me such a fucking adrenaline rush  
In this game hardly anything makes me flinch anymore or really scares me. But holy shit dogfighting other aircraft is the most goddamn intense thing ever. Especially if by some miracle none of the uber-elite BR100 no life ace pilots show up and fucks me, and I'm somehow able to take out multiple aircraft in one run. My heart was pounding and my hands were shaking, now that's a fucking video game!

Yeah it makes three PS2's. Planetside, Playstation, and something in computers. I think we need to just make the other two into Playstations also. Playstation 2 is the ruler of the world so it solves anything.
