I love those idiots that think a console only being out for 6 months is an excuse for having no games. I love how they think ANY reason is an excuse for a console having no games.

it used to be that consoles would debut with some notable games
it used to be that one of those games would even be bundled with it
nowadays, if one is bundled in it's as some sort of "deal"
I use quotes because it's more expensive than the bare-bones console
the sheer cynicism of these companies has become utterly disgusting
they think people should take this huge leap of faith (or are stupid)
yeah, pay half a grand (or more) on this system that will eventually be worth it
but on the other hand it's hard to blame them when many are that naive

I remember even the Wii had a tolerable launch. I played Excite Truck for hours. I love that game. Brought back a classic series to a new BIG style ready to say "HEY YOU BITCH, I'm here to make this console BADASS." And for a time it was...then Newtendo came in. They pushed Nintendo out with mediocrity, rehashed titles with full prices, excuses, and empty promises.

And the fact that Nintendo fans allow it and eat it up like the Call of Duty fans is the worst part.

But at least PC doesn't do this to me, though I would like Nintendo to come back. They've been restricted to handhelds while Newtendo takes the console spotlight.

It looks cute and the gameplay looked interesting.

Everyone wants me to play that. Personally, I have Muramasa already so that's why I didn't buy it.

The way characters are drawn in the game is pretty subpar, however the main character Dust still looks like an adorable badass.

Chiefly because his eyes are covered. I hate the eyes in this game.

The gameplay itself is pretty damn fun. Basic combo-based action side-scrolling platformer.

I shot a mother fucking full magazine from my burster MAX at this liberator (every single round hit) and this fucker hardly takes ANY damage, like less than 5%. Then I shoot a rocket at him as a heavy, he must have had nanite auto repair because he was back at full health and took maybe 2% damage

Is this guy hacking or what? This makes no sense at all

So apparently theres been some prices floating around for the new systems, and boy if you needed a final reason to buy a PS4 over an Xbox One, well youre in luck. The PS4 is estimated to be $350, whereas an Xbox One will be $400.

I was honestly expecting release prices for those fucking VCR's to go over $1,000.

I have it but havent actually played it myself
I was in a stream while it was being played and seriously I fucking cried

So if I want to add a second burster gun to my MAX, that's 1000 certs, and if I want extended mags that's another 1000 certs combined for both guns. Top tier flak armor is also 1000 certs.

I spent hours and hours grinding XP today and spent 250 certs just from going from tier 1 to tier 3 flak armor

It's also expensive in real money terms. 1000 certs = 750 station cash = $7.50.
And they call these microtransactions? I can buy games on Steam for cheaper than it costs to buy a weapon in PS2.

Now if they just made their microtransactions actually micro transactions, like $1 a weapon, I would be throwing money at this game probably. But everything in this game is absurdly expensive. What kind of business model is this? (and why is it somehow so successful?)
