Anyway, I just met my potential next roommate for the first time IRL. He is pretty cool! We actually talked from 5:15 to 8:00 at a Tim Hortons. I didn't even realize it was so late. Then he offered me a ride home (which is in the opposite direction from where he had to go.. and drive an hour to get home) so that was really nice of him. We are both not into smoking of any sort, only light social drinking, hate dubstep, like art, are furries, are clean and quiet, like cats... etc. I think this might actually work out. He is 11 years younger than me, so this will be his first time living 'on his own,' but from what I have seen, acts more mature than my current roommates. Plus, he is in the military, so he is disciplined.

I had one of those a while back who wanted me to draw their oh-so-original pokesona (a black and green pikachu)
Its been stated so many times that I dont take requests, so I told him that I dont do them and apologized, and he started acting as if I should have taken his request like it was some serious honor to draw his crummy recolor. And he was doing this to a lot of artists, only favoriting and watching people, and then asking them for requests. If they turned him down, he acted like a butthurt bitch and unwatched/unfaved them. So I saw this, and after his little bitchfit, I told him straight up to piss off because he was a mooching faggot.

Me either. I did get money on christmas and my birthday, though, which (considering the fact that I am frugal/paranoid about money and almost never spent a dime) added up to a considerable amount.

I didn't get one. Also my parents refuse to cosign any loans. They told me I had to work hard in school and get a scholarship, so I did.

My parents didn't even want to pay the $200 for my high school grad fees... yet they are still mad at me that I "didn't graduate" ... by that they mean do the ceremony (I did graduate and have my diploma, but they still think I am not a high school grad). The annoying part is... you have to pay the fees in order to do the ceremony, as well as get some other things like a yearbook, grad dinner with the teachers, prom tickets, etc.
