I wonder why it is I always laugh when I am legitimately frightened? Whenever a scare does manage to make me jump I always snap a smile afterwards. I played Amnesia with a big goofy grin on my face at it's worst moments.

I may be giggling like an idiot but it doesn't actually do anything to quell my fear. I'm still terrified but I look like a happy madman.

Half way through these forms for the AF and they're giving me an anxiety attack. How the fuck should I know what my doctors address and phone number are? Last time I went there I couldn't see straight because I had pneumonia. Also, how the hell should I remember everything about my old jobs and where I lived for the past 15 years?

Okay now im really excited about enlisting. All I need to do is remember, im going to work on rockets at Edwards AFB. At first I thought it had less bass and punch, but it's just because every sound is so ridiculously crisp, it takes all the mud out... which I guess is just what I'm used to :/ The high end is also ridiculously sharp. Maybe I wasn't giving my headphones enough credit.

I still want more bass though...

This interface has a headphone amplifier, I'm not sure if that or the external soundcard is making the quality so good. (see Riv, it's not just audiophile babble) And I've been wasting this thing by only using it for my speakers.

I'm guessing it's USB-based? If so, that's not the amplifier, that's just the fact that the external sound card is better than the one built in to your PC.

An amplifier can only distort sound more. A really good amplifier will have negligible distortion, but it can't add or repair information.
