I wonder if I ever actually sleep. I notice every night, I wake myself up at some point, and then with intention of going back to sleep, I never fully get back into REM sleep. so it's like, I sleep for about an hour, wake myself up on accident, then never really sleep after that...

nope. I get distracted so easily, that if I don't force myself to stay in one position for at least an hour, and I DON'T think of anything that would make my mind drift, then I have no chance of falling asleep.

I found what helps me find a good position is to get on my knees, then fall flat on my stomach and keep that position.

I don't know... it's a weird daily ritual
