what? no, I've always been a dawrpheen :V (also a ferret) the avi's are purely for fun. the fox in the purple suit was Shu. I thought he was adorable in the original dragon ball series (ORIGNAL. meaning the episodes where they didn't scream for 15 minutes)

-sigh- Today has been dragging on like a motherfucker....

I finished my internship, and now I'm faced with the prospect of resuming work for the food service company I have an actual paid job with. At my internship, everyone was super professional and mature, almost never misgendered me, and treated me like a human being. The work was still kind of a grind, but it was at least stuff I had to think a bit to do, or that required my education. Now, I'd be going back to a place where customers look at me like a trained monkey and my coworkers are literal retards. Additionally, there have been some changes in the company recently. They outsourced the position I used to work at my primary venue, which was as a runner for VIP seating. They also moved the cash registers inside the concession stands at my second favorite venue, which means I would no longer be free to just focus on doing my one job and would be forced into closer proximity with aforementioned literal retards, and into situations requiring protracted interaction with them. This is the venue I called off from today.

I'm just so fucking tired of this bullshit, especially after seeing that there's a real alternative. I swear to god if the Runner position was outsourced at Comfort Dental Ampitheatre as well I'm bailing out even if it kills me.

I think the jobs that people need are the ones that provide services to the general public, like firefighters, power plant workers, bakers, those water refinery guys, people who clean up all the filth and prevent diseases, doctors.... I could go on :V

Oh, yeah, fuck those IT guys, who keep the computers working so that the power plant doesn't blow up, and the hospital can keep its patient records straight, and the water refinery can monitor the water quality in real time so that people don't get poisoned, and... I could go on.
