I'm positive that the creator of TMNT acknowledges and jokes at the idea of people masturbating to the turtle characters of his show. Like I said, you'd be very surprised at the dirty humor behind the writers of shows. Writers of kiddie shows aren't exclusively dedicated to writing children's material. Either or, writers are adults too. They may not be as far out there as Pee Wee Herman, but the thoughts of humor amongst that area is there. Me thinks you should spend a little time doing research to quench your curiosity and bewilderment at such musings.
