I was browsing some of the old threads n stuff

I had forgotten how active this place used to be

I really wish that one guest would come out of hiding. I can't stop checking back here from time to time. The emptiness is depressing.

I've mentioned it countless times, I do rather miss having a forum to regular at.
Helps kill the time, yknow.

But I doubt anyone would return to this forum, at least not with the risk of the previous admin they disliked possibly returning at random (though I doubt he would). I'd make another forum if I knew much about the interfaces still, but again, could never guarantee if anyone would join.

I had to change my sig not just because that's like a tagline for me now, but because I had a quote from Milo that hurt too much to look at anymore.

I can make time to come here more often btw. It's no big deal.

Well, I wouldn't mind taking up the mantle. Lucy tried it once. If no one else wants to I could give it a go.

Yeah this forum was nice to be on while it lasted.

As I explained to you in Skype, I can see the fun factor of Weasyl forums being completely destroyed in favor of an argumentative environment. So this might very well be the last bastion of shooting the shit with some mellow people for me.

I feel it's sort of ironic. A year ago, I was worried Weasyl would become a gargantuan hugbox which is sort of is. Sort of, not enough to really warrant any real criticism. I'm still shaking my head over the outrage a harmless phrase in their previous ruling and bending over backwards the mods did to please these idiots...only for some to STILL be upset.

Recently upgraded from an old phone. My last one has a fried wifi chip due to motherboard warping from very extreme temperatures during a trip. Still works as a competent MP3 player at least. No reason to toss it and...definitely can't trade it in.

I love the Note 4. A lot. Been finding a lot to do with it and it's becoming more valuable with my day to day activities. Some minor performance flaws, but I'll deal with it. Not to big an issue.

I've had an iPhone since last year. It's alright.

The iPhone was all I was using for the last 6 years (not the same model, but you know, the brand). I needed to upgrade to something different this time honestly. There were certain things I was starting to not appreciate about the phone. But it served it's purpose.

I saved a life today. There was a hummingbird who flew into my grandma's garage and got stuck at a window. Luckily, there was a door right beside it (not the big garage door it flew in through and forgot about, another door). I had to wait until it dropped from exhaustion, but I carried it 2 feet from the window to the outdoors through the open door and it flew again when it caught its breath. It still managed to do its little hummingbird scream of terror too, which was utterly adorable. But man, that bird was DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMB.

And later on, I saw it being chased around by a cardinal after it almost flew into my face on the riding mower. That bird has had a bad day.
