Uhh not really, Kaizy. We arent stupid at all. We evolved in a violent world, we live in a violent world. Anger is quick, but extremely powerful. It's how people can make death threats over legal issues. Ponies saved my life three times Kaizy, one of which being Derpy's scene. They did t know me at all, but I (and we) made a small difference and the poni team was appreciative for it. I am very pissed they would do this. We eed to, as a community, appologize to him/her and officially give our rights of Derpy Hooves over to Hasbro.

I am upset over the Derpy thing
It was a call out to the fans and it made people happy, and the fact that they changed it sucks, like giving a meaningful gift to someone and then taking it back because someone complained about it, but when I see...that...I just cant agree with them
I dont care if you liked Derpy, loved Derpy, or had intense sexual fantasies abour voring Derpy, you dont sit there and bash someone so harshly over something they had no power over and accuse them as if they did it themselves

I dont think an apology is going to do anything really because they still have no influence over Derpy's changes, thats all Hasbro's legal department
Fact being, in this day and age, discrimination is a touchy subject, and if a handful of people bitch about it then theres a possible lawsuit and companies like Hasbro dont want to be taken to court over something like this, so its easier to change it
And all I can say is good luck convincing Hasbro to change their minds
The "official Derpy" is gone, but they said she would remain the same as she was back in the first season, a background character thats more of a shout out to the fanbase, but I dont think she will have anymore regular appearances like the changed episode

I wasnt saying what they said to him/her was okay, just that people can get extremely worked up when something that has a lot of meaning to them is threatend. No need to try and fuckin insult me, though.

And yeah, showing Hasbro that those grumps were full of shit and that we give them the a-okay can have a lot of sway. After all, we bronies exist.

You may not have, but you did. I was seriously darkened by my own past (no, it wasnt a lifetime movie). This show was an incredible pick-me-up. But enough about that.


I think we can fix this. We all need to apologize to this person. That wont fix it, they'll have to move past the pain, but having people who care can help. I know. Another thing that helped me out: broni.es
