Damn I played Skyrim for like 12 hours today

The strangest fucking thing happened, I was attacked by a dragon, bandits, and wolves at the same time
It wasn't even a new location either, it was just outside of Whiterun
Like what the hell is going on in this game? Luckily everything but the dragon was like a pretty easy kill
Is this what happens when you get above level 25? The game just spams mobs at you?

I got to level 10, wandered off to free some guy from the Thalmor based on a Whiterun quest, and ran into Forsworn who were at first peaceful but then aggro'd because I was too close (despite holstering my weapon), then I ran into bandits, then I ran into a god damn ice wraith which is what actually killed me.
